While Nierman showed a great interest in art from a young age, his university degree was in Physics and Mathematics. An internationally renown artist, he holds memberships in the Royal Society of Artists, London; International Artists Guild, Monte Carlo; and the Salon Plastica Mexico. Nierman has exhibited widely in venues including the Paris Biennale of the Musuem of Modern Art, Paris; the Carnegie Institute, Pittsburgh, PA; and El Paso Museum of Art, TX, among others. Similarily, his work is held in the permanent collection of numerous international institutions. From the Boston Museum of Fine Art, to Museo del Arte Moderno, Mexico City; and Museum of Modern Art, Israel, his work is treasured worldwide.
